Our privacy policy ensures the protection of your data and explains how it may be used. We take the protection of your data very seriously and respect the private nature of your data. We want you to know when we store which data and how we use it.

The GtimeClock app does not process but stores any personal data

By using the service, you consent to the processing of your personal data. GtimeClock does not store any data. This is only done by the time recording service you have connected. GtimeClock therefore only acts as an interface for input.

Which data is processed and not stored?

• Your full name, gender, email address. Optionally, date of birth, employee number and time zone can also be processed. Depending on the settings, additional data on the time model, vacation entitlement and project membership are processed.
• Working time data and optionally project data. For each time entry with a start time and end time, a time type and optionally a comment, a project or key figures can be processed. None of this data is stored by GtimeClock.
• Depending on the settings, data on customers, projects, time types, time models, holidays or key figure types can also be processed.
• Depending on the settings, data on the user's attendance can be processed.

For what purpose is the data processed?

Your working time data is processed for the connected time recording software to record working time or to record working time for a project.

How long will the data be stored?

• GtimeClock does not store any data.

• GtimeClock does not store any data.

Disclosure of personal information to third parties

Which data is passed on: All data entered is passed on to the time recording system you have connected. The data protection guidelines of the time recording service connected apply. We do not pass on any data to third parties without your express consent (again, this does not include the time tracking system you have connected). Of course, we will never sell or rent your data. Your company's working time data is private and will not be used or viewed by anyone.

Profiling

GtimeClock does not analyze or predict behavior, location, work performance, health, or relocation.

Personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to determine your identity. This includes information such as your real name, address, postal address, and telephone number. Information that is not directly linked to your real identity is not included. You can generally use our online service without revealing your identity. When you register for time tracking, we ask you for your name and other personal information. Your working time data and project time data also become personal data and as such are subject to special data protection regulations.

Children

Persons under the age of 18 should not enter any personal information into GtimeClock without the consent of their parents or guardians.
